Is the teacher-parent bond important?

Yes. The teacher and parent bond may sound complex but is necessary for an unfiltered understanding of the progress in children’s development in academics or any skill concerned. It facilitates all three i: e; teachers, students, and parents.

Effective interactions between parents and instructors are crucial. This communication is necessary for a parent to be involved in their child's education. In other words, if the school notifies the parents more frequently about the child's poor performance than their achievement, the parents will be unhappy because they cannot help their children. If they can contribute to their child's education, parents gain the confidence to do so. It can be accomplished by being aware of the academic plan for the school and having constructive relationships between them.

A healthy interaction between the parents and the teacher also benefits the kids. For instance, it will give them the inspiration they need to study, which will improve their academic performance. Additionally, their attitude and demeanor will be positive and confident.

Effective two-way interaction between parents and schools is crucial for students to function effectively. According to the study, parents and teachers are better able to assist the pupils the more they are familiar with one another. PTA meetings, email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of two-way communication are all examples of two-way communication.

Most importantly, when a kid is aware of this interaction or regular communication regarding the progress, he is more diligent and honest with his chores in school. The learners also understand that they cannot filter their school performance as the parent has access to honest opinions.
